Book Blitz: Lightning Sealed by @AuthoLilaFelix PLUS Giveaway

Clean Teen Publishing is proud to present Lightning Sealed, the second installment of Lila Felix's The Lucent Series.

"No matter what his words conveyed, Theo would leave me soon. It was just a matter of time."
The Fray is calling Theo. Every day, the voices get louder. Every minute, he gets pulled closer. Every second, their love is tested. Their life is a constant question of who they can trust and who they can't.
Sanctum, Theo's brother and enemy, stalks them like a predator, waiting for his chance to pounce.
Theo will leave Colby soon to do what he, as the Eidolon, was born to do. He can't deny the yearning in his heart to go, but he can't find it in his heart to leave.
Colby will be left with a decision. She can wither like the mates of Eidolon before her or she can go after the Synod, the women who murdered her grandmother, while Theo is gone.
With Theo missing and Colby desperate, Sanctum is only too eager to fill in…

Excerpt:

I turned all of my aggravation on Pema.“The Synod is the world’s most vain gathering of women in the entire world—so much so that they think themselves better than humans and want to take over the Almighty’s army.  You don’t think they’d pour so much energy into tearing down the Eidolon without some kind of visual proof, do you? You actually believe you’re the only one that knows everything there is to know here?”

She stuttered before actually conjuring real words. “You’ve seen the pictures?”

Every eye in the room was on me. I hadn’t told anyone about my little visit with the  Synod or what had  occurred there.

“I’m going out. Theo knows where to find me.”

“And, of course, I do.”

Ari and I both stopped. Ari was sticking to me like hot asphalt on shoes lately. Wherever I went,
without
Theo, she went-which wasn’t very far. I drew the line when she’d followed me into the bathroom the night before. Sanctum, or Torrent, whatever his name was, threw his head back in laughter that wasn’t funny at all. “Oh, I forgot to tell you. Whatever powers the Eidolon receives, the Sanctum receives in turn—or something  close to them. Mine not be as sophisticated as his, but they are useful all the same.”

My smirk said everything, but just in case… “Sanctum, everything about you will never be  as good or as  sophisticated as Theo. Get over it already.”

Lightning Kissed (The Lucent Series Book 1)

Colby Evans can leap from one country to the next in a heartbeat. She can see every sunset in every time zone in the same day. She can travel across the world in a flash. She defies gravity and physics with every breath she takes. She's tested her abilities and found them limitless.

She is the lightning. She is Lucent. And nothing can stop her.

Except him.

Theodore Ramsey isn't supposed to be able to flash like Colby. The power of travel is passed on from mother to daughter in their people. Except once in every hundred generations.

Theo is the one.

He can flash like Colby. And it makes him a target to their enemies and to himself. His abilities change everything he knows about life and throws his future into an uncertain tangent. In fact, the only thing certain in his life is the love he feels for Colby.

Their love defies time and space and has been the only constant thing in their lives since childhood. But even their infallible love will be stretched to its limits.

She will risk her life to protect him. But he will risk everything to protect them all.

Hi, Lila! Welcome to We Do Write.Tell our readers a bit about LIGHTNING KISSED.

Lightning Kissed is a story that’s been brewing in my mind for some time. Whenever someone would ask me the question about what superpower I would like to have, I have always answered, ‘Teleporting’. So, this is my tribute to that wish.

Synopsis:
Colby Evans can leap from one country to the next in a heartbeat. She can see every sunset in every time zone in the same day. She can travel across the world in a flash. She defies gravity and physics with every breath she takes. She’s tested her abilities and found them limitless.
She is the lightning. She is Lucent. And nothing can stop her.

Except him.

Theodore Ramsey isn’t supposed to be able to flash like Colby. The power of travel is passed on from mother to daughter in their people. Except once in every hundred generations.

Theo is the one.

How did the idea of the story come to you?

I had a dream about the characters asking me to travel with them.

Are you a plotter or a pantser?

I’m a mix of both! For my paranormal romances, I always plot. For my contemporaries, I rarely plot, but I know the main story and how it ends. The rest is pure pantsing.

What’s the hardest part of writing for you?

Having to stop to eat and sleep—trivial things.

What do you absolutely have to have nearby when writing?

I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t have to have anything around me to write. I’ve written in my car with just a pen and paper. I’ve written in a hospital room with a laptop. I’ve written in my bed on my iPad. If there’s some kind of writing utensil around, I can write.

Tell us why teleporting would be the super power you would choose.

Seriously, travelling the world without the cost and hassle of airplanes and trains? No contest.

What's the weirdest thing you've googled?

Oh boy…I’ve Googled some weird stuff. For Lightning Kissed, it was a pleasure to google all the places around the world that they visited.

Finish this sentence: If I'm not writing, I'm probably ...

reading or lately, hiking.

Here’s the part where you thank the people who are supporting you. Let's hear your shout outs.

There are too many shout outs to count! I’m so afraid I’ll forget someone! First of all, my sweet husband who doesn’t bat an eye anymore at my antics. And trust me, there are plenty of them.

My Rink Rats! This is the best damned street team on the planet. We are more of a community and they are just the best.

Also, I can’t forget the amazing team at Clean Teen Publishing. They are professional and always have my back. Love those girls.

Thanks for stopping by the blog!

Thanks for having me! I’m so grateful.
